Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation

• Cancel 5 or more days before the appointment: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancel between 24 hours and 5 days before the appointment: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-show: no refund.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance and a new suitable slot is available at the partner hospital.

For very last-minute requests, we will do our best to coordinate with an alternative partner hospital to keep your preferred timing. Please contact us as early as possible.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email using the contact details on your booking confirmation.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed.
