1. Service Confirmation Deposit
To confirm your appointment with the hospital and secure your booking, a USD 49 deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit is used to:
- Reserve your appointment with the hospital.
- Prepare your medical file and related information.
- Arrange your dedicated coordinator and transportation.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is paid either before or on the day of service, following the instructions provided by VietWellness Tour after your booking is confirmed.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
VietWellness Tour accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Cash (VND or USD)
- Other electronic payment methods, as available from time to time
4. Service Process
Step 1 — Request Received
You contact VietWellness Tour, and our team advises on the most suitable screening package for your health condition and needs.
Step 2 — Consultation & Quote
Our coordinator provides a detailed consultation and a transparent price quote.
Step 3 — Booking Confirmation
Once you agree to proceed and the USD 49 deposit is completed, VietWellness Tour confirms your appointment with the hospital.
Step 4 — Preparation Before the Appointment
- Pre-MRI preparation instructions.
- A checklist of documents to bring.
- Contact details for your dedicated support person.
Step 5 — Support at the Hospital
Throughout your visit, your VietWellness Tour guide provides:
- Scheduled pickup and drop-off.
- Assistance with registration and paperwork.
- English interpretation.
- End-to-end coordination of your appointment.
Step 6 — Service Delivery
Your MRI scan (and any additional tests included in your package) is performed at the hospital.
Step 7 — Results
Once the service is complete, you will receive:
- The full MRI report.
- A secure link to access your medical imaging data.
- A result explanation from a diagnostic imaging physician, delivered by email within 24 hours.
